Saute cakes on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Conventional & toaster ovens: remove frozen cakes from packaging And place on baking sheet. Brush cakes with butter if desired. Bake at 400f for 15-20 minutes. Microwave oven: 1000 watts or more--4-5 minutes. *Do not cook in microwaves below 1000 watts as cakes may not cook thoroughly. Saute preparation is recommended. Place four (4) frozen crab cakes in a loosely covered microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute 15 seconds, turn dish 90 degrees And microwave on high for another 1 minute 30 seconds. Let sit for 1 minute in the microwave to complete cooking. Carefully remove as product will be hot And uncover. Check that all cakes are cooked thoroughly. Center internal temperature needs to reach 165f as measured by a food thermometer in several spots of each cake. Serve.
