Cooking instructions: cooking times may vary. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165f. pan fry: thaw crab cakes. Coat bottom of saute pan with butter, margarine or cooking oil. Saute crab cakes on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Bake: brush baking pan with oil. Brush frozen cakes with butter/margarine or spray with oil. Bake in preheated 400f oven for 15-18 minutes. Microwave: for 1 frozen crab cake-- brush with butter or margarine or spray with oil. Cook on high for 1 1/2- 2 minutes.
