Perdue Oven Ready Whole Seasoned Roaster Chicken: Oven ready In cooking bag No prep Easy clean up Tender and juicy, deliciously seasoned Grade A USDA process verified Ingredients: Ingredients: Broth: Chicken Broth, Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Brown Sugar, Dextrose, Carrageenan, Spice Extractive. Seasoning Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Salt, Modified Food Starch, Onion, Garlic, Spices, Carrots, Sodium Phosphates, Carrageenan. Directions: Directions: 1. open: cut open outer bag, remove oven ready roaster, sealed in cooking bag, And place in a shallow roasting pan, breast side up. Cut a 1 inch slit in cooking bag over the breast with a knife to vent. 2. cook: preheat oven o 400 F. place pan with oven ready roaster (still in cooking bag) on lower shelf of oven And roast for approximately 90 minutes. Note: cooking bag may balloon while cooking. 3. serve: remove oven ready to roaster from oven when the internal temperature of breast reaches 170 F. let roaster stand for 10 minutes. Cut open cooking bag And place oven ready roaster on carving board. Caution use care when opening bag, as it may be filled with steam. Remove string after cooking. Note: remaining juices in bag may be used for a delicious seasoned gravy. If frozen, thaw 2 days in refrigerator.
