The Frontera White Bean Chili Starter with roasted New Mexico green chiles is from the kitchen of Chef Rick Bayless. He had his first bowl of chili made from white beans and roasted aromatic green chiles at a corner diner in Santa Fe. Ever since, when Rick dreams of chili, it's often this simple version. He likes it with chicken and served with a hunk of sweet cornbread. All you need to do is just add meat (or your favorite vegetables), simmer and serve. The recipe for White Bean Chili is included.
